This is my oc, the popular, bossy, competitive Railey Chu. xD i joked around with her name like what Monster High did with Frankie Stein. Railey is the oldest of 3 girls, She was named Railey because she knew she would want to evolve into a Raichu. 
And i love her boots. THEY ARE SO CUTE! But dont let the cute outfit fool you, she is a power-hungry monster skin deep. She would hurt anyone that gets in her way.
